Sustaining Morning Tea ($6/person)

Energizer Lunch (Option 1 $25/person)

Salad Bar selection (include 3 – 4 items):

  • Meat or fish: fresh salmon or chicken delicately cooked and seasoned
  • Greens: lettuce or spinach with maple sesame or poppy-seed dressing
  • Vegetables: roasted or raw vegetable medley with fresh herbs
  • Grains: rice, lentils, barley or soba noodles with fruit, nuts or seeds, herbs
  • Potato: sesame baked potato, sweet potato or kumera wedges
  • Breads: a selection of breads and crackers with dipping oil or humus

Light and Healthy Lunch (Option 2 $18/person)

Salad, Soup and Sandwich bar (include 3 – 4 items)

  • Breads: A selection of wraps and breads
  • Protein: A selection of cold meats or fish or cheese
  • Vegetables: A selection of fresh salad greens and seasonal vegetables (e.g. asparagus, beans, peppers, tomatoes etc.)
  • A selection of salad dressings, mustard, relish and pickles
  • Baked sesame potato wedges
  • Soup: a refreshing cold or nourishing hot soup
  • Dessert: A selection of fruit and sweet treats

Reviving Afternoon Tea ($6/person)

  • Fruit with Power Spheres, Almond Biscotti or Coffee Cake

  • Vegetables: steamed or baked vegetable platter with fresh herbs
